How you earn

Commission on what your customers pay

Your commission rate is set on your partner account — typically 20% of the taxable (pre-GST) value of every payment your customers make. Your console shows collections and commission for every month.

Customers pay InstaDataHelp directly and get a GST invoice from us — no invoicing or GST work for you.
Every workspace your customer creates later stays yours.

One partner per customer: partner customers don't also earn affiliate commission or referral credits.

Questions from partners

How much do partners earn?

Each partner's commission rate is agreed with us and set on their account — typically 20% of the taxable value (the price excluding 18% GST) of every payment your customers make. For example, a customer on Pro at ₹1,999/month (incl. GST) earns you about ₹339 a month at 20%. Commission is calculated monthly in your console and paid by InstaDataHelp as agreed with you.

Who do customers pay?

Always InstaDataHelp — by UPI, card or net banking in the app, or a payment you record for them. We issue the GST invoice. You never need to invoice customers or collect GST.

Which customers count as mine?

Anyone who signs up after opening your page or one of your links (we remember the visit for 30 days; the most recent partner page opened wins), including every workspace they create later. Existing InstaStudio users can't be moved to you by a link; ask us if a customer wants to switch to you.

What can I do for my customers?

From your partner console: see their plan and usage, give complimentary credits (up to 2,000 at a time and 10,000 per customer per month), grant a plan for up to 30 days, record a payment they made, and suspend or restore their account. You never see their prompts or creations.

Is this the same as the affiliate programme?

No. The affiliate programme is a self-serve referral link for creators. Partners are businesses that actively sell and support customers, with a co-branded page, sales kit and console. A customer who belongs to a partner earns the partner's commission only — never affiliate commission or referral credits as well.

What does it cost?

Nothing. There is no joining fee or target. We review every application and set up partners we can support well.
