How quickly we act

  • Non-consensual intimate imagery and child safety: the content is hidden as soon as it is reported and reviewed within 2 hours.
  • Deepfakes, impersonation, privacy, harmful misinformation, hate: reviewed and acted on within 3 hours.
  • Copyright and other complaints: within 24 hours.
  • Orders from a court or authorised government agency are acted on within 3 hours of receipt. Send them to support@instadatahelp.com.

How we label AI content

Images and videos carry a visible “AI-generated” label, embedded IPTC metadata marking them as made by a trained algorithm, and C2PA Content Credentials that record how they were made. Removing these labels breaks our Acceptable Use Policy.
